Scope
- One client-owned Cloudflare account, one domain/zone, one website with apex/www, up to 25 existing DNS records and one existing email provider.
Included
- Onboarding/access coordination, DNS baseline and dependency inventory, rollback plan and agreed DNS changes.
- Preserve email routing and validate MX/SPF/DKIM/DMARC. Use delegated access; never send passwords through checkout.
- Appropriate HTTPS/SSL settings, static caching with personalized paths bypassed, and baseline security available on the selected plan.
- Check apex/www, HTTPS, forms and relevant transaction paths; deliver settings, before/after notes, rollback instructions and a 30-minute handoff.
- Correction of delivered-scope errors reported within seven calendar days of handoff.
What we need
- After purchase, we coordinate delegated access and confirm domain/platform compatibility, origin certificate readiness and dependencies before making changes. Scope limits apply; any exception is discussed and quoted before extra work.
Delivery
Within seven business days after complete access and approvals, subject to propagation and provider dependencies. Propagation can take up to 48 hours.
Not included
- Hosting/email migration, complex DNS environments, Workers, advanced WAF engineering, origin repairs and multiple domains.
- No ongoing monitoring or guarantees of uptime, attack prevention or deliverability. Clients purchase required third-party plans directly.
